Who are we?
Genedco Property Management is one of Northumberland County’s premier property management companies. We provide and service Condominium Management throughout Cobourg, Port Hope, Peterborough and the Kawartha’s, and the Quinte region.
We pride ourselves on our high levels of integrity, dedicated commitment, professionalism and personalized care for each client or owner with a goal of offering quick levels of service.
Owner, Grant Hayes, takes a personalized and hands-on approach with each Corporation that selects Genedco property management services, fostering the company with a strong emphasis on personalized customer service to ensure a positive experience for all owners and the Boards.
A few years ago, we established our mission statement “Outstanding Service…Outstanding results” and we strive to meet the ongoing needs of the Corporations from management through repairs with a focus on response time and timely service.
Genedco Property Management also has a residential division that manages rental homes in Northumberland County with a professional team of rental administrators.

I live in one of the condominiums Genedco manages and I had no hot water in my bathroom over the weekend. I thought it was my responsibility to fix but couldn’t afford a plumber. I ran into the Owner and he said he would come in to look at it to see the problem. Well, he was able to fix it and didn’t even charge me and saved me calling a plumber!
